We build the avatar in-house, on our own RAVE Engine, and we build it around your case rather than handing you a tool to figure out on your own. A character that lives in your space, and on your site. Our own real-time 3D avatar runs entirely in the browser through WebGL. No video stream from a server, no per-minute streaming bill. A fully embodied character with a real body, natural gestures and genuine facial expression, embeddable in any website and native to any 3D experience we build. This is our answer to cloud-only avatar platforms, at a fraction of their running cost.

Our avatar library spans 33 distinct characters, covering male, female and non-binary across a broad range of ages and ethnic backgrounds. The point is representation. The character that greets your audience can reflect the people you actually serve, in any market and any context, so the experience feels familiar from the very first moment.
Every avatar is fully brandable, and you can switch between all of them whenever you like. We provide a simple customer dashboard for exactly this, so selecting or changing the face of your deployment takes a moment, with no rebuild and no developer involved.

Technology and security
- What runs the 3D avatar underneath?
- A provider-neutral adapter architecture. In its standard configuration it uses Google services for speech recognition, language model with retrieval and speech synthesis, protected by rate limiting and budget controls. Each of these is an adapter and can be replaced, including a self-hosted, on-premise language model for sensitive deployments.
- Can it run fully on-premise?
- Yes. For regulated industries, government and municipalities we can run the model and inference inside your environment, so conversation data never leaves it.
- Is it GDPR-compliant?
- Yes. Data handling follows GDPR. Third-party services used in a deployment are listed as subprocessors in the data processing agreement.
- How do you prevent the avatar from going off-script?
- Persona guardrails keep it on your topics, and user input is strictly separated from the system prompt to defend against prompt injection.
