About Us:

We are a small, dynamic team specializing in the development of our own WebGL Metaverse 3D Game Engine. We're looking for a talented Technical Project Manager to ensure seamless communication, project success, and technological innovation.

What You'll Do:

1. Customer Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction from concept to delivery.

2. Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from proposals and design to development and deployment of Metaverse solutions.

3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to solve system issues, implement design and code adjustments, and enhance user experience.

4. Project Optimization: Monitor and optimize project workflows, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting to meet deadlines and goals.

5. Technical Support: Utilize your deep understanding of our Game Engine architecture to provide technical support and insights both internally and externally.

6. Technology Integration: Facilitate the integration of new technologies and features such as live status updates via Websockets, real-time video, and interactive Metaverse elements.

What We're Looking For:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, (Game) Design, Project Management, or related fields.

- Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development or game design, with a solid technical foundation in WebGL and Metaverse technologies.

- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

- Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, effective with clients and cross-functional teams.

- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Technical Skills: Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and frameworks/libraries like Three.js or Babylon.js is highly desirable.

- Language: Fluent in English.

- Additional Skills: Familiarity with server management, content management systems, and both front-end and back-end development practices.

### Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience managing projects in Virtual or Augmented Reality.

- Prior experience in a startup environment or working with remote teams.
