- What runs the 3D avatar underneath?
- A provider-neutral adapter architecture. In its standard configuration it uses Google services for speech recognition, language model with retrieval and speech synthesis, protected by rate limiting and budget controls. Each of these is an adapter and can be replaced, including a self-hosted, on-premise language model for sensitive deployments.
- Can it run fully on-premise?
- Yes. For regulated industries, government and municipalities we can run the model and inference inside your environment, so conversation data never leaves it.
- Is it GDPR-compliant?
- Yes. Data handling follows GDPR. Third-party services used in a deployment are listed as subprocessors in the data processing agreement.
- How do you prevent the avatar from going off-script?
- Persona guardrails keep it on your topics, and user input is strictly separated from the system prompt to defend against prompt injection.
